CALIFORNIA:
Sacramento Receives $5M State Grant To Expand Violence Prevention Programs

GEORGIA:
Southern states remain an outlier in firearm death rates. Where does Georgia fall?
“In some Southern states, the rate of kids whose death involved a gun from 2020 to 2024 is almost double the national average. Georgia ranks among the top 10 for states with the highest increase in youth firearm deaths over that time frame, up 68% from about seven years ago.”

MINNESOTA:
Debating the Impact of Gun Violence in Minnesota
“In recent years, with a Democratic-led legislature, steps were taken to reduce firearm harm, including expanded background checks and a binary trigger ban.
