GVPanorama: How Gun Violence Impacts Medical Professionals
A PBS podcast look at our gun epidemic through the eyes of hospital workers
In this audio documentary — debuted last September as part of a three-part series — “two surgeons, a nurse, and a paramedic describe the impact of seeing gun violence up close.”
It is a fascinating, if obviously heavy and sometimes graphic report from the frontlines of the gun violence problem in our country.
It was produced by Cascade PBS, which describes its goal as providing “high-quality public television and independent regional news and investigations. Our mission is to inform and inspire our community to make the world a better place.”
